The Flexible Reporting System is a module that runs within CIS and gives every level of the institution — from department heads to executive management — direct, fast access to the data they need, without involving IT. The system comes with 100+ pre-built reports organized into categories, available as data tables, charts, or hybrid dashboard-style views. Each report can carry pre-defined criteria that users adjust to filter results: a finance manager might narrow a tuition report by faculty, enrollment type, and payment status in seconds. External data sources can also be connected when needed, bringing data from systems outside the EduVera ecosystem into the same reporting environment.
For the departments that generate reports most frequently — student affairs, HR, and finance — a self-service query tool lets users select their own criteria and columns and run the report directly, without any IT support. For other report types, authorized staff configure new reports by writing the underlying query, which then becomes part of the shared report library for all relevant users. Institutions can request new reports to be added to their system at any time, and the growing library of ~180 standard reports covers the most common operational and compliance needs out of the box.
Reports are delivered on schedule via email to defined recipients, so key metrics reach decision-makers automatically — weekly enrolment summaries, monthly finance snapshots, or any other cadence the institution sets. Access to each report or dashboard is controlled by role, staff position, and permission group, meaning every user sees exactly what they should and nothing more. Exports are available in Excel and PDF. Because the system sits inside CIS and draws on its shared database, reports reflect real-time data with no synchronization delay.
