About the Project

The Campus Information System (CIS) is EduVera's core platform — the central hub that unifies every module, user, and process across the institution under a single roof. More than a standalone application, CIS acts as an umbrella framework: academic management, student-facing screens, finance, alumni relations, reporting, and more all come together through a unified interface and a single sign-on. From the rector and administrative staff to faculty, students, and external partners, everyone reaches their own workspace through one login, on any device.

What makes CIS operationally powerful is its authorization architecture. Permissions for 99% of users are assigned automatically based on staff positions and student enrollment status — eliminating the maintenance burden of manual role management. Institutions that need to go beyond defaults can rely on CIS's built-in workflow engine and EduVera's institution-specific development capability: both the visual interface and the business logic can be tailored without touching the core platform. The system is built for speed and horizontal scalability, maintaining high performance even during peak periods such as registration seasons or exam weeks.

CIS is available on-premise — the preferred choice for most universities — as well as in the cloud. Deployment is straightforward: most institutions go live within one month, and EduVera handles data migration from legacy systems as part of the onboarding process. A hybrid mobile application mirrors the full feature set of the web platform, so everything accessible in a browser is equally accessible on a phone. The integration ecosystem covers the full range of national authority requirements — including YÖKSİS (Turkey's national HE registry), e-Devlet (the government e-services portal), and KPS (the civil registry system) — as well as banking and third-party systems. For institutions in other countries, EduVera integrates with the equivalent national authorities and government systems applicable in that jurisdiction.
