The Alumni Information System is a compact, all-in-one platform for managing the institution's relationship with its graduates. When a student graduates, their profile is created automatically — verified against graduation records — and they are invited to complete it with contact details, communication preferences, and a multilingual CV. Employers can also be registered in the system and, depending on their access tier, can either view only candidates who have applied to their listings or search the full alumni database with advanced filters.
When used alongside CIS, no additional setup is needed: alumni profiles are created at the point of graduation without any manual intervention, and the same applies to institutions using their own SIS via integration. The platform includes a full event and announcement infrastructure so the institution can reach all graduates or targeted segments directly. Events support reservation management, RSVP, and ticket sales, making it practical for everything from small department gatherings to large career fairs.
Career tracking is handled through a built-in survey engine: graduates enter and update their own employment information, and the institution can schedule automated email campaigns at defined intervals to prompt profile updates.
